NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF LAKEWOOD PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION/BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS (PZC/BOA WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING  ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2026, AT 6:00PM AT THE LAKEWOOD TOWN HALL, 3110 STRAND ROAD, DULUTH, MN.

The public is invited to provide input to the PZC/BOA by attending the hearing, sending me a letter, or e-mailing me at townclerklakewoodmn@gmail.com prior to the hearing.  All letters must be signed and received in this office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24, 2026.  They will be presented to the PZC/BOA as part of the hearing process.
